How to Cancel Your Splash Car Wash Unlimited Membership

Method 1 — Online Through the Member Portal

The portal is the route Splash links as “Manage My Membership” on every page of its site, and it is the only cancellation method Splash points members to.

Step 1 — Go to the portal

Visit splashcarwashes.com and click Manage My Membership in the top navigation.

Step 2 — Log in to your account

Enter the phone number on your membership, then type the 6-digit code Splash texts you. The portal may also ask for the 12-digit number printed under your windshield barcode.

Step 3 — Select Cancel Membership

Choose Cancel Membership. When asked “Are you sure you want to cancel your plan?”, select Cancel My Membership, not Keep My Membership.

Step 4 — Save proof and check other vehicles

Screenshot the final screen and note the date and time. If you have more than one vehicle, open Manage Additional Memberships and cancel each one you no longer want.

Not ready to cancel? The portal also shows Pause Membership and Resume Membership options. Splash does not publish how long a pause can last or how billing works while paused, so read the details on screen before you choose it.

Splash’s contact page lists (203) 324-5400 and crd@splashcarwashes.com. Splash does not say on its site that memberships can be cancelled by phone or email, so use these for problems the portal can’t solve, such as a failed login or a charge after cancelling.

Refund Policy

Splash’s public pages do not state a refund rule for memberships, and its Terms say plans and pricing “may vary by location and are subject to change.” If you are charged after cancelling, contact Splash with your cancellation screenshot. In a January 2026 BBB complaint about a membership billed to two cards, the member reported receiving the refund after following up.

After You Cancel
